Congratulations to Fred Vegas for passing the written and practical examinations of the Pan American Fencing Academy’s Skill Development Program at Level 3 in Epee. Fred also holds Level 3 in Foil. The Skill Development Program provides us a structured way to guide the development of fencers’ knowledge and technical skills in all three weapons.
